Sunshine On The Go provides an alternative to the traditional solutions of nursing homes or other retirement facilities. Sunshine On The Go provides skilled nursing care for children, adults, and seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Our registered nurses can provide medical care, rehabilitation, companionship, and relief for the other caretakers. Our team of healthcare professionals work with your physician to develop an individualized plan of care.

Our skilled nursing services are provided by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). All nurses are available from 4 to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to monitor your health providing consistent observation and treatment.
Additionally, our nurses will complete health status assessments, consultations for patients and families, take samples for lab tests, treat wounds, provide medication training and more.
Our professional staff will be in constant communication with your healthcare provider to maintain consistent care. We will also keep track of medication, ordering and administering, and picking up at the pharmacy.

We also provide nurses to take samples for scheduled blood tests, obtain glucose readings and administer insulin. We will work with your physician to ensure that you are properly cared for.
