Skilled Nursing: Physical Therapy, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapy

Our skilled nursing services are provided by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). All nurses are available from 4 to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to monitor your health providing consistent observation and treatment.

Assessments and Monitoring

 We provide skilled nurses to help patients and their families determine the best alternative lifestyle. Our assessments explore the setting and specific medical needs to provide a detailed plan for personalized long-term care.

Home Injections and Blood Tests

Sunshine On The Go makes it possible for patients to receive prescribed medications through intravenous lines or injections while at home. We also provide nurses to take samples for scheduled blood tests, obtain glucose readings and administer insulin. We will work with your physician to ensure that you are properly cared for.

Wound Care

Our nurses provide comprehensive wound care to help patients improve the outcome by preventing complications and ensuring proper healing.

Always Supportive

Our home health aides and certified nursing assistants provide support with bathing, medications and personal care. Additionally, our staff can provide assistance for recovery from illness, injury, or surgery and ensure that patients are working to regain physical motion and strength.
