How To Get Started

Our Home Care Services are as Easy as 1-2-3

1. Consultation - We begin by meeting with you and your family in your own home and jointly determine the scope of care. During this meeting we will complete a safety evaluation and provide recommendations to improve the safety of your home.

2. Assessment - A thorough assessment of the patient's medical conditions is performed by a skilled nurse to determine what types of services are needed to remain comfortably at home.

3. Service - Upon completion of the consultation and evaluation a customized plan will be created. We will ensure that you are paired with the best caregiver for you. A Patient Care Manager will follow up regularly to ensure that the services provided by your caregiver are meeting your expectations.

Clinical Staffing Services Per Diem, Respite, Long Term

Once you contact us, Your Patient Care Manager will work with you to customize a solution to fit your individual staffing needs. As soon as you are ready to get started filling assignments, a Staffing Coordinator will be assigned to your facility to manage all your staffing requests.

While we do not want red tape to slow the process of providing staff to your facility, we require an agreement for all services performed. If your need is an emergency, we can fill the position but will need a signed agreement within four (4) hours of the next business day.

We can create a contract to work for a short or long-term basis. Although we prefer to have a minimum of 4 weeks for long term needs, our healthcare services can be cancelled at any time. Our hourly rates vary on the type of facility, skill required and shifts needed. Please see your Account Services Manager for contract details.
